Despite having just recently come out with another restock of the Yeezy 700 WaveRunners in OG color blocking, Adidas Yeezy is rolling out with its next 700! There are so many possible colorways of the 700, however, we’re getting the one that was first teased by Kanye West in March. The Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 Mauve release date is finally around the corner!
When the Yeezy Boost 700 Wave Runner first dropped, it was reselling for around a thousand dollars over its retail price, if not more! Of course, when the Wave Runner restock was announced, it lost value on the aftermarket. Today it can barely make $100 over its retail price on StockX.
Use a sneaker bot. It’s no doubt, the sneaker bots will definitely dominate the upcoming release.
Don’t hold on forever, and beware of restocks. Resellers must not make the mistake of holding the shoe for too long. Otherwise, they risk losing profit on it. The suggested thing to do would be to sell it when the hype for it is highest and to be wary of potential restocks.
With a Yeezy Boost 700 V2 on the horizon. The word on the street is that they will drop during December or January. Will the release of the 700 V2 have a positive or negative effect on the hype of the V1?
One this is sure, once the V2 drops, there’s probably no going back to a V1. Meaning that there may never be a restock as seen with the Wave Runners. That’s good news for the resellers but not too great for buyers.
Understand and beware of external factors. There are several Yeezys dropping in Q4. That could probably reduce the hype on the 700 for this bit of time. But after they’re gone, the resale price of both the Wave Runner and the Mauve colorways of the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 could shoot up!
At first, the Yeezy Mafia told us that these bad boys were dropping in November alongside the Salt 500 and Sesame 350. However, they announced the new release date, and it’s no disappointment. The Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 Mauve is the dark and menacing gift before Halloween.
It is due to drop on October 27, 2018, and will retail for $300.
